* \[카테고리 선택 및 관리]를 클릭해 설문 카테고리를 추가합니다.&#x20;
* 응답유형에는 단일선택, 다중선택, 단답형, 서술형이 있습니다.&#x20;
* 보기 갯수는 최대 10개까지 추가가 가능합니다.&#x20;

4. 설문 카테고리와 제목, 내용을 입력 후 \[등록]을 클릭합니다.

5. 등록한 설문명을 클릭하여, \[문항추가]버튼을 통해 설문에 문항을 추가합니다.&#x20;
6. 문항 추가 후에는 \[수정]을 클릭하여 저장합니다. <br>

7. 생성한 설문은 과정에 추가할 수 있으며, 교육상품관리 > 과정운영 > 과정명 클릭 > 설문 탭에서 추가할 수 있습니다.<br>

   * 공개일: 지정한 공개일이전에는 해당 설문이 보이지 않습니다.
   * 참여기간: 지정한 참여기간 내에만 설문을 제출할 수 있습니다.
