# 정기구독

정기구독은 주기적으로 결제하여 과정을 수강할 수 있게 하는 기능입니다. 

**정기구독은 스킨6 이상**에서만 사용 가능합니다. \
구스킨(스킨1\~5)이용 중이신 경우 스킨 업데이트가 필요합니다. 관련 내용은 스킨 업데이트 매뉴얼 참고하여 문의 남겨주시길 바랍니다.

## 이용 프로세스

1. 1:1 문의 게시판으로 서비스 신청 
2. PG에 정기결제/빌링결제 신청 
3. PG 심사를 위한 정기구독 상품세팅
4. 정기구독 키 값 세팅

### 1. 1:1 문의 게시판으로 서비스 신청 

맑은소프트 고객센터로 정기구독 사용 요청 글을 남겨주시면 귀사의 사이트에 정기구독 기능을 세팅해드리고, 신청 절차에 대해서 상세히 안내드립니다. 

### 2. PG에 정기결제/빌링결제 신청

현재 정기구독 서비스 이용 가능한 PG사는 KG파이넨셜과 토스페이먼츠가 있습니다. 

사용 중이시거나, 원하시는 PG사에 신청합니다. 

* KG파이넨셜: PG 가입 후 정기 결제 신청서 제출
* 토스페이먼츠: PG 가입 후 빌링 결제 신청 문의 
  * 이미 해당 PG사에 가입이 되어있는 경우에는 PG가입 절차 생략 가능합니다. 이 경우정기결제/빌링결제 신청만 해주시면 됩니다. 

### 3. PG 심사를 위한 정기구독 상품 세팅

정기구독 기능이 세팅되고 나면 \[교육상품관리] > \[정기구독관리]메뉴를 사용할 수 있습니다. 

해당 메뉴에서 **심사를 위한 정기구독 상품 추가바랍니다.** 

심사를 위한 정기구독 상품은 실제 판매될 상품과 유사하게 세팅 바랍니다.

### 4. 정기구독 키 값 세팅

정기구독 심사가 완료된 경우 결제키를 PG사로부터 전달 받을 수 있습니다.

해당 키를 맑은소프트에서 세팅을 해야만 정상적인 정기구독 결제가 가능합니다.

심사 완료 및 정기구독 키 값 세팅 전까지는 **정상적인 이용이 불가능(결제한 당일 금액 환불됨 혹은 결제가 완료된 것으로 보이나 실제로는 금액이 빠져나가지 않음)**한 상태입니다. 

따라서 키값 세팅 전까지는 회원이 정기구독 결제를 하지 않도록 안내 및 유의 부탁드립니다.

### 정기구독 해지 신청 방법 

1. 마이페이지 > 정기구독 > 구독 정보에서 취소하려는 구독의 \[구독해지신청]을 클릭합니다.

2. 해지 신청이 완료되면 '해지 신청'상태로 변경됩니다.&#x20;

* 해지 신청 상태에서는 다음 결제일이 도래할 때까지는 구독 상품을 이용할 수 있으며, 다음 결제일이 도래 되었을 때 결제가 되지 않고 구독 해지 상태로 변경 됩니다.&#x20;

### 정기구독 환불 처리 방법

1. 주문결제관리 > 정기구독결제내역 > 해당 결제 건 클릭&#x20;
2. 환불 금액에 환불하고자 하는 금액 입력 후 \[환불처리] 버튼 클릭

* 환불 처리 시 즉시환불 완료로 변경 되며, 구독 상태는 해지완료로 변경됩니다.&#x20;
* 또한 PG사 가맹점 관리자 페이지에서 별도 환불처리 하지 않아도 금액이 환불 처리 됩니다.&#x20;
