# 수강기간 연장 및 일시정지 설정하기

연장 및 일시정지 기능의 경우 '상시' 과정에서만 설정이 가능합니다. \
학습기간이 정해져 있는 정규과정에서는 사용이 불가합니다.

### 연장 기능 설정하기

수강기간이 끝나기 전 추가 결제를 진행하여 수강기간을 연장하는 기능입니다.

1. 교육상품관리 > 과정관리 > 과정개설 > **\[등록]** 버튼을 클릭합니다. 
2. 상시 과정으로 선택한 후 과정을 생성합니다.

3. 생성한 과정명 클릭 시 상세 설정 페이지(수정 페이지)로 이동합니다.
4. 수강기간 설정 항목에서 연장 사용여부 토글을 클릭하여 활성화 합니다.

* **최대 연장 횟수** : 해당 과정을 최대 몇 번까지 연장할 수 있는지 설정합니다.     \
  &#x20;                          무제한 연장은 0으로 입력합니다.
* **연장비용** : 기간 연장 시 결제해야 하는 1회당 추가 비용입니다.\
  &#x20;                 무료 연장일 경우 0원으로 입력합니다.
* **연장일수** : 1회 연장 시 추가로 부여되는 학습일수입니다. \
  &#x20;                 연장일수를 0으로 입력하는 경우, 기본 학습일수(기본 수강기간)만큼 동일하게 설정됩니다.

### 일시정지 기능 설정하기

수강기간 내 수강을 일시정지하는 기능입니다.

1. 교육상품관리 > 과정관리 > 과정개설 > **\[등록]** 버튼을 클릭합니다.&#x20;

* **최대 일시정지 횟수** : 수강기간 중 일시정지 기능을 이용할 수 있는 최대 횟수를 설정합니다.\
  &#x20;                                 일시정지 기간이 남아있더라도 설정된 횟수 소진 시 일시정지 불가합니다.
* **일시정지 기간** : 총 일시정지 가능 일수를 설정합니다. \
  &#x20;                         수강생은 이 전체 기간을 설정된 '일시정지 횟수' 내에서 사용할 수 있습니다. \
  &#x20;                         일시정지 횟수가 남아있더라도 잔여 기간이 0일이 되면 일시정지 불가합니다.

\[설정 예시] 일시정지 횟수를 3회, 기간을 30일로 설정한 경우

* 수강생은 총 30일의 일시정지 기간을 최대 3번에 걸쳐 나누어 사용할 수 있습니다.
* 3번을 다 쓰지 않았어도 30일을 모두 소진하면 추가 정지가 불가능하며, 반대로 30일이 남아있어도 3번의 기회를 모두 쓰면 더 이상 정지할 수 없습니다.
