# 알림톡 템플릿 작성 및 심사 신청

알림톡 심사 전 비즈뿌리오 서비스 신청(계약)완료 및 금액 충전이 되었는지 확인이 필요하며,
카카오톡 채널 및 비즈니스 인증이 되었는지 확인해야 합니다.
발신프로필 등록 후 발신프로필 key는 맑은소프트에 전달해주시면 됩니다.

#### **알림톡 템플릿 확인**
1. 회원정보관리 > 발송관리 > 알림톡템플릿관리 > '**알림톡코드**' 확인합니다.
※ 알림톡 코드는 변경할 수 있으나 비즈뿌리오 카카오톡 템플릿 등록 시 동일한 코드로 입력해야 합니다.
2. '회원가입' 템플릿 내용을 수정합니다.
※ **업체명, 고객센터 번호, 운영시간** 표시한 부분은 **수정 가능**합니다.

#### **발신 프로필 등록**
1\. 비즈뿌리오 로그인 > 메시지관리 > 카카오톡관리 클릭합니다.
2. 발신 프로필 관리 > 발신 프로필 **\[등록]** 버튼 클릭하여 진행합니다.
**※ 등록 후 발신 프로필 키는 '맑은소프트'에 전달해야 연동이 완료됩니다.**
3. 발신프로필명 클릭 > 발신프로필 Key 확인합니다.
#### 알림톡 등록하기
1. 카카오톡관리 > 알림톡 템플릿 관리 클릭 > 발신프로필 및 그룹 선택 > **\[등록]** 버튼 클릭합니다.
2. 발신프로필 선택 > 템플릿 내용 입력 > **\[등록]** 버튼 클릭합니다.
※ 기본 안내 사항 외의 다른 부분 선택 시 알림톡 발송이 되지 않을 수 있으며 심사 반려 처리 될 수 있습니다.
**\[입력 내용]**
**- 템플릿코드 :** LMS 알림톡템플릿관리에 등록된 **'알림톡코드'** 복사 및 붙여넣기**(※ 내용 일치해야 함)**
**- 템플릿 카테고리 :** 하단에 작성한 **카테고리 항목** 참고하여 등록
**- 템플릿 내용 :** LMS 알림톡템플릿관리에 등록된 템플릿 내용 복사 및 붙여넣기**(※ 내용 일치해야 함)**
**- 템플릿유형**: LMS에 강조 표기 문구 입력한 경우 '**강조표기형**', 그외는'**기본형**' 선택
**- 버튼:** LMS에 버튼 입력한 경우 버튼 추가 (\*웹링크 형식만 지원 가능)
**\[템플릿 카테고리 항목]**
\- 회원가입 : 회원 / 회원가입
\- 수강신청 : 서비스이용 / 신청접수
\- 환불완료 : 구매 / 구매취소
\- 게시물등록 : 업무알림 / 내부 업무 알림
\- 인증번호 : 회원 / 인증 비밀번호 로그인
\- 비밀번호재발급 : 회원 / 인증 비밀번호 로그인
\- 답변완료 : 리포팅 / 피드백
\- 입금계좌안내 : 리포팅 / 요금청구
\- 결제완료 : 구매 / 구매완료
3. **\[입력란추가]** 버튼 클릭 시 추가로 템플릿 등록 가능하며 마지막에 **\[등록]** 버튼 클릭하여 완료하시면 됩니다.

#### 템플릿 검수 요청 및 결과 확인
1. 템플릿 선택 후 > **\[선택 템플릿 검수 요청]** 버튼 클릭합니다.

#### 심사 반려 시 재검수 요청 진행
카카오톡에서 직접 검수하기 때문에 영업일 기준으로 2\~3일 정도 소요됩니다.
심사가 완료되면 이후 자동으로 템플릿 사용이 가능합니다.
반려 시 사유에 따라 해당 템플릿 내용을 수정한 후 다시 재검수 요청을 진행해야 하며 시간이 소요됩니다.
