# 수료 처리가 안 됩니다

### 수료 시스템 안내 

수료 상태는 `미판정` / <mark style="background-color:red;">미수료</mark> / <mark style="background-color:blue;">수료</mark> 3가지가 있습니다.

`미판정`: 판정 처리 하지 않은 상태&#x20;

<mark style="background-color:red;">미수료</mark>: 수료 판정을 하여 수료기준을 통과하지 못함

<mark style="background-color:blue;">수료</mark>: 수료 판정을 하여 수료기준을 통과함

**현재 수료판정은 미판정에서만 가능한 부분으로,**&#x20;

`미판정` 상태에서 -> <mark style="background-color:red;">미수료</mark>나 <mark style="background-color:blue;">수료</mark>로 변경은 가능하나,

<mark style="background-color:red;">미수료</mark> 상태에서 -> <mark style="background-color:blue;">수료</mark>로 변경하시거나

<mark style="background-color:blue;">수료</mark> 상태에서 - > <mark style="background-color:red;">미수료</mark>로 변경이 불가합니다.&#x20;

### 수료 조건을 충족했는지 확인하기&#x20;

교육상품관리 > 과정운영 > 과정명 > \[수료관리]탭에서 수료 기준에 충족했는지 확인 할 수 있습니다.&#x20;

* 수료 조건에 충족되지 못한 경우, 항목의 배경이 붉은색으로 표기됩니다.&#x20;
* 아래 예시 이미지는 설문이 필수참여로 설정된 과정으로, 설문에 참여하지 않아 붉은색으로 표시되었고, 이 사람은 수료 조건을 충족하지 못하여 수료가 되지 못합니다.
* 붉은색 항목이 있는 경우 수강생에게 학습 진행안내 부탁드립니다.&#x20;

### 자동수료 처리를 사용하지 않은 경우

자동수료 처리를 사용하지 않고 과정이 운영된 경우, 교육상품관리 > 과정운영 > 과정명 > \[수료관리]탭에서  관리자가 수동으로 수료 판정을 해야합니다.&#x20;

* 과정이 종료되어 모든 수강생의 판정이 필요한 경우, \[전체수료판정]을 선택해 \[처리]합니다.
* 과정이 종료되지 않아 수료조건에 달성한 일부 수강생만 판정이 필요한 경우, 조건에 달성한 수강생만 체크박스로 선택하여 \[선택수료판정]을 선택해 \[처리]합니다.&#x20;

### 미수료 상태여서 수료 상태가 변경되지 않는 경우&#x20;

&#x20;수료 기준에 충족하였으나 \[미수료] 상태여서 수료로 변경이 되지 않은 경우, 교육상품관리 > 과정운영 > 과정명 > \[수료관리]탭에서 수료로 변경할 수 있습니다.&#x20;

1. 해당 수강생에 대해서, 체크박스로 선택해주신 뒤, **\[선택판정취소]**&#xB97C; 선택하시고 \[처리]를 해주셔서 상태를 `미판정`으로 변경합니다.
2. 다시 체크박스로 선택하신 뒤, **\[선택수료판정]**&#xC744; 선택하시고 \[처리]를 해주시면 상태가 <mark style="background-color:blue;">수료</mark>로 변경할 수 있습니다.&#x20;

### 평가기준을 운영 도중 변경한 경우&#x20;

과정 운영 중 수료조건을 변경한 경우, 이미 학습을 완료한 수강생에게도 새로운 배점비율을 반영하기 위해 성적재산정 처리가 필요합니다.

1. 교육상품관리 > 과정운영 > 과정명 > \[성적관리]탭에서 \[전체성적재산정]을 처리합니다.

* 과정이 종료되지 않아 수료조건에 달성한 일부 수강생만 판정이 필요한 경우, 조건에 달성한 수강생만 체크박스로 선택하여 \[선택수료판정]을 선택해 \[처리]합니다.&#x20;
