# 진도율 체킹이 안 됩니다

진도율 체킹(학습시간 체킹)을 위해서는 각 영상 플랫폼과 LMS가 콜백 연결이 되어있어야 합니다. 

콜백 확인 방법 안내드리오니, 사용하는 플랫폼에 맞는 설명 확인 부탁드립니다.

### 위캔디오

위캔디오의 경우, 배포 패키지 별로 콜백 설정을 할 수 있습니다. \
새로운 배포 패키지를 생성하신 경우, 콜백을 반드시 설정해주시길 바랍니다. 

1. 배포패키지에서 각 패키지를 클릭합니다.

3. 입력 후 하단의 \[배포 설정 적용하기]를 클릭하여 저장합니다.&#x20;

* 저장 후 반영까지 최대 5분의 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.&#x20;

### 콜러스&#x20;

콜러스의 경우, 채널 별로 콜백을 설정할 수 있습니다. \
채널은 1개만 사용하시고, 각 영상 분류는 라이브러리의 카테고리를 이용하시길 권장드립니다.&#x20;

1. 콜러스 콘솔의 채널 > 각 채널의 더보기 > 콜백 설정을 클릭합니다.&#x20;

* 값이 설정되어있지 않은 경우 맑은소프트로 문의 부탁드립니다.&#x20;
* 콜백 값이 설정되어있으나, 도메인 변경 등으로 현재 도메인과 일치하지 않은 경우 콜백의 <mark style="background-color:blue;">도메인</mark> 부분을 변경하여 저장합니다.&#x20;
