# 회원 소셜로그인이 안 됩니다

### **1. 로그인 하신 소셜(네이버/카카오 등) 계정 확인 부탁드립니다.** 

현재 시스템은 소셜로그인을 시도하는 소셜 계정이 이미 가입된 회원이라면 로그인으로, 가입되지 않았다면 회원가입으로 보내도록 되어있습니다. 

회원가입한 소셜 계정이 아닌 다른 계정으로 로그인 되어있어서 문제가 발생하는 것일 수도 있습니다. 

로그인 된 소셜 계정이 회원가입 시 사용한 계정이 맞을지 다시 한 번 확인 바랍니다. 

각 소셜 계정의 계정 관리 페이지에서 연결된 앱/ 연결된 서비스를 확인하여 해당 계정이 회원가입 시 사용했던 계정이 맞는지 확인하실 수 있습니다.

### **2. 브라우저 설정 확인 부탁드립니다.**&#x20;

PC 환경에서 카카오 로그인 시 회원가입 페이지로 이동되는 현상은 브라우저의 보안 설정(쿠키 차단, 팝업 차단 등)으로 인해 소셜로그인 후 세션 정보가 정상적으로 전달되지 않을 때 발생할 수 있습니다.

번거로우시겠지만 소셜 로그인 문제를 겪고 있는 수강생분께 아래 내용 조치 후에도 동일 현상 나타나는지 확인 부탁드립니다.&#x20;

&#x20;

* **브라우저 쿠키 설정 확인**\
  브라우저 설정 → 개인정보/보안 → 쿠키 허용 여부 확인\
  서드파티 쿠키 차단”이 설정되어 있다면 해제 후 다시 시도 부탁드립니다.\
  ( 크롬: 주소창에  chrome://settings/cookies 입력)

* **팝업 차단 해제**\
  카카오 로그인 과정에서 새 창 또는 리다이렉트가 발생합니다.\
  팝업 차단이 활성화되어 있다면 일시적으로 해제 후 다시 시도해 주세요.\
  ( 크롬: 주소창에 chrome://settings/content/popups 입력)

* **시크릿 모드 또는 다른 브라우저에서 시도**\
  크롬 시크릿 모드 또는 Edge / 웨일 등 다른 브라우저에서 접속해 로그인 시도 해보실 수 있습니다.&#x20;

&#x20;

* **사내 보안 프로그램 사용 중인 경우**\
  회사 보안 브라우저 또는 네트워크 보안 정책으로 인해 로그인 세션이 차단되는 경우도 있습니다.\
  회사 보안 브라우저/보안 네트워크 사용하시는 회원분이시라면, 개인 PC에서도 한 번 확인 부탁드립니다.

### **3.** 로그인 해제 방법&#x20;

소셜 계정을 잃어버렸거나, 어떤 계정으로 회원가입을 했는지 기억나지 않는 경우, 소셜로그인 해제할 수 있습니다.

1. 회원정보관리 > 회원관리 > 해당 회원명 클리하여 CRM창을 오픈합니다.

2. 회원정보에서 회원정보수정을 클릭합니다.&#x20;

3. 아이디 옆의 해제 버튼을 클릭합니다.&#x20;

4. 앞으로 로그인에 사용할 아이디/비밀번호 정보를 입력하여 소셜로그인 연동을 해제합니다. \
   해제 하며 입력한 아이디와 비밀번호를 회원에게 전달하여 로그인 할 수 있습니다.&#x20;
